For any orders placed in sized measurements or non-stocked colours, we reserve the right to not refund. Goods will not be ordered until a 50% deposit is paid. Refunds will not be granted for change of mind.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We deliver to any part of Australia with Australia Post and DHL. The cost for all deliveries to Australia is $70. Should you not be happy with your dress or suit, you have 14 days to return the product to us without any reason. We do not accept any returns that have obvious markings or traces of wear. In this case we will charge 50% of the original cost. The balance will be returned within 14 working days to the specified account. Delivery times differ from region to region. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery within Australia for products in stock.
