We will contact you via email to verify the measurements we require to create a standard size gown for you. Gowns in standard sizes are at the listed price. They will be posted to you and you can engage your own qualified seamstress for any alterations you may require.

All shipping costs will be added at checkout. Tracking will be included. Standard or Express Post are available and delivery times will vary depending on your location. During COVID times your delivery may take longer than expected. Please allow for this. NUKU does not accept any responsibility for delays in transit. You will be advised when your items are sent.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns, Exchanges & Credits

All Nuku Bridal Gowns and accessories are made to measure, made to order, or Couture Gowns. As such they are not eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note at any time. Any pre-order items are also ineligible for a refund or credit as they are being made for your order. Sample Gowns are reduced price items, accordingly they are sold in 'as is' condition. They are strictly not returnable. No refunds, exchange or credit. Sale items are also nonrefundable. Australian Consumer Law will apply in the event of any manufacturing faults. In the event of a fault, NUKU will repair or replace the item with postage at NUKU cost. Customer must contact us (info@nuku.com.au) within 7 days of receiving goods stating the fault and await our response email which will include 'how to proceed' instructions.
