Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns: If the items are not suitable for you or you have a change of mind, we are happy to exchange or provide a store credit within 14 days of delivery. Please note that a refund can be made to you but will incur a 20% restocking fee. If you opt for an exchange or store credit, we would not charge the 20% restocking fee. Please request your exchange or use your store credit within 3 months as it will expire after that period. Sale items that are purchased cannot be refunded - but you can still opt for a store credit or exchange. The return shipping cost will be incurred by the buyer. When the items arrive at our shop, we will process the exchange or store credit that you requested. Customised products, such as personalised accessories cannot be returned and all sales are final. If items are faulty and can be determined to be caused by us, the mistake is ours and we will provide either a full refund or an exchange if available at the time. We will endeavour to provide a replacement for your order. Any exchanges/returns, return postage is to be paid for by the customer and is not refundable. A full refund will be offered if any item is faulty or damaged on receipt, provided we are notified within 7 days. Please provide details including photos by emailing us as soon as possible.
