International Shipping is now available - please note shipping is not free for orders outside of Australia. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return or exchange of earrings unless they are faulty
The finishing and plating of our products may fade or discolour over time. This is just general wear and tear and not considered to be a fault.
In conjunction with the Australian Consumer Law - Sam and Franki; at our own discretion will be more than happy to repair or replace the item as we see fit if the product is faulty.
